Wellbeing Groups are activity focused, being rolled out to town community venues across 2021-2022. This means our clients and their families receive the support and attention they require to meet their individual needs and achieve best outcomes for their recovery.
Advice & Support Services
The impact of a brain injury can be far-reaching and long lasting for both the individual and those around them.
Our range of advice and support services are designed to give clients, families and carers the information, practical guidance and emotional help throughout their recovery, and provide ongoing support for the future.
We provide specialist support to help people on their road to recovery following a brain injury. Treatments and services include occupational therapy, psychological support, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy.
Individual Outreach Services
One-to-one outreach provides personal individual support, advice and guidance to each client to help them develop strategies to increase independence, make and maintain community connections and to take up opportunities to improve quality of life.
Hospital Liaison Service
We provide a small-scale liaison advice and support service for people with a brain injury admitted to hospital and their families. The service is mainly focused on patients who are close to discharge from The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
Our aim is to expand to support more patients and families receiving care at other Sussex hospitals.
